1. Log in to the Administration
2. Create the Poll
1. From the top menu: 'Components' > 'Polls'
2. Click the green 'New' button
3. Enter the title of your Poll or Questionnaire
   
4. Enter each choose able option on the right side of the page
5. Click 'Save'
3. Assign the Poll to a Location on your site
   
1. From the top menu: 'Extensions' > 'Module Manager'
2. Click the green 'new button'
3. Select 'Poll' from the list
4. Enter the following:
• Title
• Show title- this will either hide or show the title you entered (the question will always be shown despite this setting)
  
• Publish - Set yes to show this content, no to turn it off
• Position -
  
• to position under the left menu with no formatting choose = advertisemen2
• to position under the left menu with same formatting as the menu = left
• Menu assignment - choose the pages you would like this content to show on
5. Select the 'Poll' from the 'Poll' list on the right side of the page
6. Click 'Save'
