How many times do you sell your designs?We will sell a design an average of 10 times. There are more than 3,000,000,000 webpages online now according to statistics on www.google.com so the chances you will come across a site with the same design is slim.
I have an existing website - can I use one of your designs?Our designs are specifically designed to use Joomla! programming and will not work with any other system. If your current site uses Joomla! then our designs can easily be integrated, if not, we can help you in completely transferring you existing sites into one of The Cutest Site on the Block.
I don't see a design that fits my needs, what do I do?You have two options. First is to design your perfect website in a Photoshop file and have us convert it to a website - see the 'You Custom Design It' link at the bottom of the page. Second, is to have us do a custom design for you - see the 'We Custom Design It' link at the bottom of the page.
I like the design but can I change the colors?Typically we cannot make changes to our premade designs. If you are looking for something specific you may want to look into our custom design options. On select templates basic color changes can be made for customization fee of $45. You are welcome to inquire about a specific design using our online chat or 'Contact' page.
Will it be easy to make changes to the website?Our websites use a Management System called Joomla. Joomla is one of the most widely used Content Management Systems in the world. You can view our video tutorials to see exactly what the administration entails. The administration is built so you can easily control all the content of your website as well as easily adding pages anytime you would like without ever having to work with any web code or programming.
How are you different then other template websites?What we offer are not just templates. We offer complete websites that other companies sell for upwards of $1000. You do not rent a shopping cart or the website. Once you make the purchase you own the shopping cart and complete site. You can easily create backups and download them to your computer and transfer your site anywhere anytime.
What is the 'Template Only' option for $75?Our 'template only' option can be used by 2 different types of customer- the first being customers who have already purchased one of our packages and have one of our full working sites- we will customize the header and install the template for them so they can use the new design anytime they would like.
The second being for customers who have a working Joomla! website or are setting up a Joomla! website. They will receive an email with the complete zipped template to install as well as a map of modules and a blank header to customize.
How long will it take once I purchase the site?Our Basic sites are typically up in 48-72 hours. Our Supreme Packages typically take 5-8 business days. Both of these times are based from the time we receive your information. The information will be requested within 24 hours of your purchase. If you need your website within a specific time-line we are happy to accommodate.
I currently own my domain, can I use it with your site?Absolutely! There is no problem using your current domain, no matter who it is registered through. If you do not currently have a domain you can search for available domains at myazdesign.com/domains
Can I add pages above the 5 that come setup?Absolutely! Our easy to use tutorials will show you just how easy it is to add pages to your site. Neither of our packages have a limit on how many pages you create. You can have an UNLIMITED amount of pages!
Do you offer support for your websites?Absolutely! You have 24/7 access to our video tutorials as well as our support ticket center where you can ask questions specific to your needs and get customized answers.
Will I be able to update content with the supreme package?Yes, both the basic and the supreme package give you complete control over your site. The only difference is that with the Supreme package we install your custom content and configure everything (payment, shipping ect) for you. With the basic package we install our sample data and allow you to configure the site.
What is the easiest way to get started?First pick the design you like best. Once you have done that, add it to your shopping cart and check out. Once you complete the checkout process we will start the setup process and send you an email requesting specific information (depending on the package you choose). Once you respond to the we will complete the setup process and send you a Completion email with basic site 'How to's'.

Do you offer trial sites?Because we offer complete individual websites and the extensive amount of setup each site takes we do not offer trial sites. We do offer a demo site at demo.thecutestsiteontheblock.com where you can view the front end of our sites. You can also watch our video tutorials in the Support Center to get view the administration in action.
Can you integrate my logo into the site?Absolutely! With both our basic and supreme package we customize your header with your company name and slogan. We would be more than happy to insert your logo as well for no additional charge.
